The
Martin
Senour Company has announced its new
2012
first quarter training schedule. Courses will be
held at Martin Senour locations nationwide, and
include an emphasis on sustainable operations
from a business and technical standpoint.
According to Jeff Green, Martin Senour Director
of Sales, all the brand’s training sessions are
designed to help shop owners, managers and
technicians better practice lean thinking, as
well as improve their repair techniques and
knowledge of today’s new innovative painting
systems. In particular, Green noted that the
brand has received increased requests for more
classes regarding waterborne technologies. In
response to those needs, the company will
provide additional sessions specific to those
practices and include hands-on work with its
famed Vortex® basecoat-clearcoat waterborne
system.
Martin Senour professionals will teach the
following course topics during the first quarter
of 2012:
- Estimating solutions for increased
profit
- Achieving service excellence
- VORTEX® waterborne system
- Painter certification
- Color adjustment and blending
- Fleet refinishing
There will also be special courses available for
NAPA and Martin Senour’s Jobber Level One
curriculum, available to select distributors, as
well as vocational instructor training sessions
on products, application techniques and shop
productivity.
