Sept. 26, 2012—ALLDATA has donated more than $12,000 to the Collision Repair Education Foundation to support the organization’s Collision Repair Education Campaign fund.
“I would like to thank ALLDATA for their continued support of the Education Foundation through this contribution,” said Clark Plucinski, executive director of the Education Foundation. “ALLDATA’s support allows the Education Foundation the ability to provide even more support to secondary and post-secondary collision programs nationwide as their school budgets are being reduced year after year.”
The Education Foundation said ALLDATA’s monetary donation will be used to provide collision repair schools and students with grants, scholarships and the Ultimate Collision Education Makeover $50,000 school grant. The two Makeover grant winners will be announced during the 2012 SEMA Show, scheduled for Oct. 30-Nov. 2 in Las Vegas.
“The Education Foundation plays a critical role in maintaining a high level of professionalism in the collision industry,” said Wayne Mitchell, director of sales and operations for ALLDATA. “ALLDATA has a stake in helping to educate collision professionals who understand the value of OE collision information. We are proud to assist the Foundation in its mission.”
