KOI
Auto Parts and
Federated Auto Parts will once
again proudly present the 2012 Cavalcade of
Customs and Training Expo in Cincinnati,
Ohio. The annual event, marking its 52nd
anniversary, is scheduled to take place
Jan. 13-15 at the Duke Energy Convention
Center.
“Each year, the show and training expo gets
bigger and better,” said Dave Wesselman,
president of KOI Auto Parts. “The Cavalcade
of Customs show will draw thousands of fans
to see custom cars, hot rods and
motorcycles, along with great celebrity
guest appearances, live music, show
specials from KOI and more. The Training
Expo, designed specifically for our
professional customers, includes 24
different classes over three days, our
largest training expo ever.”
This year’s KOI training workshops will
feature classes for professional
mechanical, body shop and management
customers taught by qualified instructors
from Federated and KOI manufacturing
partners like Federal-Mogul, Dorman,
Standard, ACDelco, Four Seasons, Bosch,
Motorcraft, Denso and more. KOI customers
will receive a three-day admission pass to
the show plus all classes, lunches, and an
incentive and savings booklet for a great
low price.
“We help our customers navigate through the
latest product information and repair
procedures by providing them with training
and professional development
opportunities,” said Wesselman. “Last year
we had approximately 600 technicians,
managers and shop owners attend classes. We
are hoping for our biggest turnout ever in
2012.”
A vendor area outside the classrooms will
display products and information to help
KOI customers learn more about supplier
product lines. The vendor area will house
over 60 booths, including an on-site
Federated Car Care Center booth for current
and potential customers wanting to find out
more about the benefits of becoming a
member.
NASCAR legend and Federated spokesman Kenny
Schrader will also be on hand for pictures
and autographs on Jan. 13.
