The Cutmaster 42 plasma cutter, part of the Thermadyne True Series, offers 27 amps of output power on 120V input and 40 amps on 230V input. The portable, lightweight unit is designed to cut up to 1/4” with ease and up to 3/4” on jobs when the extra punch is needed. Vent2Shield technology allows the use of considerably smaller compressors, compared to similar 40-amp units.
