The Lisle Door Latch Release Tool, No. 34920, is used to release the cable from the handle assembly so that a vehicle's door panel can be removed. This tool is designed to work on 2007-2013 Chevy and GMC pickups, Suburban, Tahoe, Avalanche and Yukon vehicles. This release tool weighs 2 oz. To use, release the panel from the vehicle door. Pull the panel away from the door and locate the handle assembly. Slip the tool end around the cable. Press the tool over the connector to compress tabs and release the connector from the housing. The cable end can then be removed from the handle pull.
