The latest version of the quick-reference guide includes domestic and import TPMS relearn procedures along with other information, including the addition of replacement part numbers and torque specifications for Myers Tire Supply and Orange Electronics while continuing to list part numbers from Schrader, Dill and NAPA.
“All of the TPMS information that a technician needs is in one easy-to-use laminated chart that can hang on a hook in the shop and last for years,” according to TIA president Wayne Croswell.
“We know that once we get a TIA TPMS Relearn Chart into the hands of a tire dealer, they will want one for every location,” he says. “Since there are still a few 2009 Charts left from last year, we decided to give them away in Las Vegas during the Global Tire Expo.”
The 2009 edition will be handed out free-of-charge with every 2010 Chart order placed during the event. Attendees of the “TPMS at 10” seminars, which are also taking place at the Expo, are also eligible along with people who sign up for a TIA membership or meet other qualifications.
