ARLINGTON, VA (Aug. 7, 2006) - Service shops can take advantage of reduced subscription rates for service information with some automakers, including one that is now free. In addition, the National Automotive Service Task Force (NASTF) announced that Audi and Volkswagen (VW) have adopted 72-hour, monthly and annual subscription rates in conjunction with their recently launched updated OEM service Web sites.

NASTF says that subscribers can enjoy significantly reduced annual subscription rates for Acura and Honda, and that the Kia service information Web site is now free of charge.
