FinishMaster’s waterborne division, WaterMasters, will host “The Road to Waterborne” from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sept. 1 at the Harley Davidson Museum in Milwaukee. The free seminar will address the benefits of converting collision repair centers to waterborne finishes.
“There is a lot of confusion on what it takes to convert to waterborne products,” says Adam Lazewski, business development manager for FinishMaster. “The purpose of the our waterborne seminar is to give body shop owners the opportunity to learn about the advantages of converting to waterborne finishes and to answer any questions that they might have about the process.”
Anyone interested in learning about waterborne technology is encouraged to attend. Herb Butler, vice president of WaterMasters, will conduct the waterborne presentation. He will discuss the issues relating to the use of waterborne finishes and the conversion process. BASF, DuPont and PPG will hold individual seminars beginning at 12:30 p.m. Each person who attends the seminar will receive one free admission to the Harley Davidson Museum, which may be used throughout the day of the event.
