INCENTIVE CARDS are one easy way to draw new customers into your shop or to keep your current ones coming back.

AutoNetTV reports that customer loyalty cards can be an easy introduction into your business. The level of incentive you offer depends on your business' margins, the marketplace and competition, how long you've been in business and list of services you offer.

Incentives can be as simple as buy five oil changes and get one free, or other services that are low in cost for your shop but needed frequently.

All that's needed are your company's logo, address and phone number. Including your Web site also is a good idea. AutoNetTV recommends putting lines on the back to track stamps or signatures, and keeping track on a computer in case the customer loses the card.
