Jan. 17, 2013—CSi Complete, a provider of contact center solutions for the collision repair, automotive and auto physical damage industries, has merged with TenPoint Insurance Solutions, which offers an array of IT and business process outsourcing services for the property and casualty insurance industry.
Douglas Webb & Associates will now serve as the holding company of the merged businesses. Doug Webb will serve as CEO, and John Webb will serve as president and chief operations officer of Douglas Webb & Associates.
Through the merger, Douglas Webb & Associates said clients of CSi Complete and TenPoint Insurance Solutions will experience access to additional resources and services. All key account personnel from both companies will remain intact.

Michael Sturgis, a 20-year veteran in the insurance services marketplace, will continue in his role as president and CEO of TenPoint Insurance Solutions. Sturgis will also acquire an ownership stake in the Douglas Webb & Associates companies. Sturgis will be primarily responsible for sales, marketing and strategic relationships for Douglas Webb & Associates.
