October 21, 2010—LINE-X Protective Coatings is headed to the 2010 SEMA Show with the LINE-X coated GMC Sierra chase truck, TWISTEX Probe, used on Discovery Channel’s Storm Chasers.
Alongside the TWISTEX Probe will be storm chaser Tim Samaras who will sign autographs on the morning of Nov. 3 at the LINE-X booth, according to a LINE-X press release_notes. In spring 2010 LINE-X was asked to be part of Storm Chasers to shield the show’s truck from high winds and tornado weather conditions.
"This was the ultimate field test to prove the rugged capabilities of LINE-X Protective Coatings. There was no damage from hail, debris or high force winds and we are very proud of our products," said Kevin Heronimus, CEO of LINE-X Protective Coatings.
LINE-X will also showcase all its spray-on truck bedliners and industrial coatings, including its newest product, ASPART-X, an industrial polyaspartic polyurea protective coating for basements, decks, patios or garages.
