DCR Systems, Nexsyis Collision Launch Cloud-Based Electronic Claims Package

Aug. 11, 2016

Aug. 11, 2016—DCR Systems and Nexsyis Collision announced Wednesday the launch of a secured, cloud-based electronic claims processing package that will be utilized by DCR’s six accident repair centers.

“It’s a game-changer,” said DCR Systems president and CEO Michael Giarrizzo Jr. “On-time delivery is the number one driver of customer satisfaction in this industry. Our electronic claims package streamlines the settlement process and eliminates a substantial amount of waste in the handling of claims.”

The electronic claims package bundles a variety of multimedia data files, including documents, invoices, video, audio and photos, to support each repair plan into a centralized web portal. The portal is readily accessible and can be reviewed by insurance companies, adjusters and repair team members. DCR employees can manage the file directly from the Nexsyis application, allowing adjusters to more quickly acquire important information to settle the claim.

“As a technology company, we are always looking for ways to help our customers digitally optimize the repair process,” said Dave Braun, CEO of Nexsyis Collision. “Our application is designed to provide a high-level of transparency within an organization, and we are pleased to assist DCR in extending this transparency to their insurance partners.”
