If your shop uses multiple DRPs you’ll tend to be recommended by your customers more than competitors.

​Does heavy direct-repair program usage guarantee a shop will rake in massive sales volumes? Not necessarily, but judging by the 2018 FenderBender Industry Survey, most shops’ bottom lines are positively impacted by DRP programs. In fact, shops with 10 or more DRP partnerships tend to have larger yearly sales volumes—not to mention faster cycle times—than shops with few (or zero) DRP partnerships, according to the survey’s findings.
