The Crash Champions Collision Repair Team recognized service members, veterans, and their families throughout the week in honor of Veterans Day, according to a press release.
The campaign kicked off with a $40,000 donation to the Navy SEAL Foundation, an organization providing support to those serving or who have served in Naval Special Warfare and their families.
Funds for the donation were raised from Crash Champions team members throughout the company, who purchased a special edition polo shirt showcasing Crash Champions' support for military members. The proceeds were then matched by the company before being given to the Navy SEAL Foundation.
Additionally, Crash Champions recognized those in its own staff who have served, sharing stories from those in the U.S. Armed Forces with a wider audience online through their social media channels.
As a Level One sponsor of the National Auto Body Council Recycled Rides program, this week Crash Champions will also be partnering to restore a 2021 Chevy Tahoe that will go to a Purple Heart recipient.
“As citizens of this great country, we all owe a tremendous debt of gratitude to the brave men and women who selflessly served in our Armed Forces,” said Crash Champions Founder and CEO Matt Ebert. “That’s why we believe in opening the doors to rewarding career opportunities and relentlessly looking for avenues to give back to military families across the country.”
