Opus IVS has collaborated with distribution partner Transtar to release IVS 360, according to a press release.
The new product is an addition to the Remote Assisted Programming (RAP) platform and seeks to connect technicians with live expert assistance from OEM Dealer Master Technicians to help accomplish tasks in an efficient way.
By improving efficiency, the product hopes to provide cost savings to shops by minimizing the bay time a vehicle spends in the shop and reducing the need for outsourcing.
IVS 360 will be showcased at the SEMA show taking place in Las Vegas, Nevada, from October 31 through November 3, at booth number 31131 in the South Upper Hall.
“We are proud to announce the launch of IVS 360 on our RAP platform, an innovative service that leverages the wealth of knowledge and experience of our highly skilled OEM Dealer Master Technicians,” said Opus IVS CEO Brian Herron. “This integrated service is poised to transform the automotive repair industry, empowering technicians with unparalleled support and expertise, thus enabling them to tackle more jobs efficiently and effectively.”
