CARSTAR has named Jon Rowcroft and David Snell of the Rowcroft Group as its Franchisee of the Year, according to a press release.

The Franchisee of the Year award is the highest tier of recognition in the CARSTAR system and is given to franchises that have met criteria including using all vendors possible, attending the annual conference, commitment to the EDGE program, being image compliant, submitting reports online on time, and having consistently high CSI for the month and quarterly periods.

Jon Rowcroft and David Snell are both the owners of CARSTAR Collision of Amherst, POW Collision CARSTAR, and CARSTAR Eastern Hills, and have nearly 25 years of experience working with the CARSTAR franchise network.

The pair have donated refurbished vehicles to veterans as part of Progressive’s Keys to Progress event and maintain an average 4.65-star rating across their three locations based on nearly 800 satisfied customer reviews.

The CARSTAR Franchisee of the Year award was presented at the Driven Brands U.S. collision repair joint conference, running September 28 through 30 at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center in Kissimmee, Florida. The award presentation took place during a gala event where Abra, CARSTAR, and Fix Auto USA franchise partners were present to celebrate the occasion.

“I had no idea that I actually deserved this award until after I received it and people came up to me and told me that they had attended meetings that I was at and said ‘I want to be like that store’,” said Rowcroft. “We just go to work every day and want to do the best work we can and do what's right for our customers, the insurance company, and for our family.”
