The Auto Club of Missouri–commonly referred to as AAA Missouri–has recognized Schaefer Autobody Centers’ location in Maplewood, Missouri as the newest addition to AAA Missouri’s Member Preferred Recognition (MPR) Program, according to a press release.

The recently launched program from AAA Missouri analyzed 240 qualified shops through their respective MSI (Member Service Index) and overall CCC scorecard in the first half of 2023.

Schaefer Autobody’s Maplewood location ranked in the top 2%, according to AAA Missouri MPR Team Manager Nick Rohde, and was one of nine facilities chosen by the MPR program. Of all the shops reviewed, the Maplewood shop ranked 5th out of the total 240.

Having first opened in July 2015, the shop is located at 7920 Jaguar Trails in St. Louis County and employs 15 full-time staff members. It holds OEM certifications for BMW, Acura, Honda, Subaru, and VW.

To celebrate the occasion, a catered lunch was held for the location’s staff on August 31 as the team was presented with an outstanding service plaque.

Present at the event was Rohde along with AAA Missouri Unit Manager Jeff McSpadden, MPR Reinspector/APD Field Appraiser Jon Cochran, Claims Operations Group Manager Sherry VanBooven, as well as Schaefer Autobody Centers’ Vice President Jaime Matthews and Operations Manager Aaron Burchett.

“Being recognized for acts we consider part of our job says a lot about the dedication of this team,” said the Maplewood location’s General Manager, Larry Crews. “Thank you, AAA Missouri for recognizing us.”
