Safelite Auto has recently acquired the auto glass assets of Advanced Auto Glass, according to a press release.
Safelite, which owns Safelite AutoGlass, announced the deal with Advanced Auto Glass in Weatherford, Texas, which was finalized on June 9. The facility will now utilize Safelite’s operational systems, distribution network and commercial and insurance relationships to serve the Fort Worth area.
Safelite President and CEO Renee Cacchillo described this as an exciting time for the company, which plans to welcome the existing team at Advanced Auto Glass following the acquisition.
