According to a recent press release, CollisionRight, Inc. has announced the acquisition of three businesses located in Illinois, Ohio, and Maryland, respectively.
The acquisition of D’s Paint & Body in Peoria, Illinois, brings with it three shops, as well as an entryway into the Illinois market for CollisionRight.
Also acquired was Action Collision in Euclid, Ohio, which is an operator of three shops. Finally, CollisionRight also completed an acquisition of Severn Auto Body, consisting of three shops located in Annapolis, Maryland.
CollisionRight CEO Rich Harrison said via the press release that the company is excited to establish itself in the state of Illinois and to “deepen our existing commitment to communities in Ohio and Maryland.” Nearly 150 employees will now work under CollisionRight following the acquisitions.
“This is a milestone for CollisionRight as we continue to execute our expansion strategy,” said Jason Sutherland, Co-Managing Partner of CenterOak Partners LLC, a private equity investor in CollisionRight. “The Company has grown revenue five-fold since formation while developing a strong team and operational infrastructure to support continued growth.”
