Between April 1 and May 31, 2010, your consumer customerss can be rewarded when they purchase premium Bendix® brake pads or shoes from participating retailers or repair shops.

As part of the “When You Brake with Bendix” promotion, consumers can get up to $30 in SuperCertificate® gift certificates by mail (redeemable online) when they purchase two sets of qualifying brake pads or shoes. SuperCertificate is an extensive collection of $5 to $100 retail gift certificates used by Bendix direct customers for customer promotions.

This year’s collection includes gift certificates for use at Blockbuster, Borders Books, Darden Restaurants (Olive Garden, Red Lobster), J. Crew, Bass Pro, The Gap, Macy's, L.L. Bean, TJ Maxx, Crate & Barrel and many more. Consumers simply have to fill out the rebate form and mail it in before June 30, 2010, with their receipt to receive their SuperCertificate.

The Bendix brand launched their first “When You Brake with Bendix” consumer rebate program in 2009, which was an initiative to help drive sales for their direct customers, the company says. To support the promotion and drive awareness for the “When You Brake with Bendix program, the brand is providing its aftermarket customers with counter cards, posters, and rebate forms. Full details and rules on the promotion can be found at www.bendixbrakes.com.

“Supporting our customers and helping them grow their customer base is a continual focus for us,” says Jim Kelley, director of sales, North America for Friction Materials LLC. “The rebate program was so successful in 2009, we are excited to bring it back. We think it’s a great opportunity to help boost our customers’ sales and promote the Bendix brand.”
