OneCommand, a preference-based, automated, multi-channel marketing firm, has launched Mobile Marketing, a new service designed to drive additional sales and service traffic.

In 2008, mobile subscriptions reached 3.3 billion, more than half the global population, making the mobile channel one of the most viable and fastest growing in history, according to the company. OneCommand’s Mobile Marketing solution leverages this powerful technology to engage customers and prospects in two-way interactive messaging. It helps automotive dealers to extend their reach and carry their messaging beyond the boundaries of their showroom, Web site and other traditional advertising methods.

Through the use of dealer-selected codes, consumers can text and receive instant access to coupons and dealership inventory right to their mobile device through a mobile website, a strategy that resulted in a 10 percent lift in campaign response rates during the pilot period. Messages are delivered only to customers who opt-in to receive them.

OneCommand clients can elect one of two package options, Mobile Service Pack and Mobile Pro.

Mobile Marketing Pro includes:
• A fully functional mobile website for the dealership that is optimized for the mobile Web user.

• Inventory integration including actual vehicle pictures, video, and CARFAX integration.

• Web to mobile Web site capabilities to drive mobile opt in rates from the dealer’s .COM Web site.

• Real-time lead tracking and CRM integration.
