Based on incentives from the last month, there might be some new vehicles heading into your bays in the coming years for maintenance. Cars.com has compiled a list of the top cars sold based on incentives and deals the carmakers offer.

These vehicles at some point could pull into your bays for work, even a simple oil change.

“While we have a list of the Top 10 Cash-Back Offers on Cars.com and a list of all available incentives to help shoppers, we have gone beyond just the numbers,” Cars.com managing editor Patrick Olsen says. “We’ve analyzed the incentives on the market and determined the ones that we feel are great deals for consumers.”

While the cars making the best-deal list may not have the biggest rebates in terms of dollar amount, Cars.com reports that it considers them the best offers available right now. Cars.com experts took into account their experiences driving the cars, along with other factors, including safety and ownership costs, to find the best deals of the month.

2008 Kia Sedona

MSRP: $20,695

Cash back: $1,500

Percent off MSRP: 7.2 percent

Expires: 3/3/08

Cars.com says: Kia's minivan has been an underachiever for some time, but is still one of only three minivans to earn the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety's Top Safety Pick award. The interior isn't the best in the class, but the base price and long warranty are alluring. Add up to $1,500 cash back -- depending on where you live -- and the Sedona makes for a great deal.

2008 Ford Focus

MSRP: $14,300

Cash back: $2,400

Percent off MSRP: 16.8 percent

Expires: 2/29/08

Cars.com says: Make sure you check out Ford's website to get the total cash back available for your area. Cars.com checked a number of different regions and found a combined cash-back offer of $2,400 as the best available, but there could be more. $2,400 is quite a bit considering the Focus' MSRP. The Focus was redesigned for 2008, and its interior is much improved from the past model and has an optional Sync hands-free entertainment system. It's not the best in terms of ride quality, but it does get great mileage and has very responsive steering.

2008 Dodge Caravan, 2008 Chrysler Town & Country

MSRP: $21,290, $22,510

Cash back: $1,500

Percent off MSRP: 7.0 percent, 6.7 percent

Expires: 2/29/08

Cars.com says; Opinions on the two redesigned minivans from Chrysler has been pretty split among staff members at Cars.com. Most of our experts didn't like the new interiors, while one reviewer was blown away by the bevy of family-friendly features available in both. Ride and handling is vastly improved over the outgoing models. Chrysler also recently announced more added features in certain trim levels of both minivans, including once-optional items that are now standard.

Cars.com maintains a list of the best cash-back offers each month based on percentage off MSRP, plus a comprehensive list of the most recent national incentive information. In addition to updated incentive information, Cars.com has an incentive calculator to help consumers determine whether a cash-back offer or low-interest financing rate is a better deal.
