Capstone Auto Body Parts Earns NSF Certification

April 29, 2016—NSF International announced Thursday that Capstone Auto Body Parts in Houston has earned certification from the NSF Automotive Parts Distributor Certification Program.   

Capstone Auto Body Parts can now use the NSF International Certified Distributor mark on its website and promotional materials as well as appear on NSF’s certified listings online. 

The requirements for certification include an ISO 9001-certified quality management system, business liability insurance, effective records management and inventory tracking systems to track orders and parts through the supply chain, customer service procedures requiring timely order processing and communications, a defective parts procedure including a customer part complaint process, and a formal corrective action process for complaints and an immediate recall plan to use if a situation arises.
