Kimball Midwest's Kim-Flex Flap Disc combines fast, aggressive cutting, while also giving the fine finish of resin fiber discs. Thick layers of zirconium cloth are angled so that more abrasive contacts the work surface, also giving a "cushioning effect" for a high removal rate while providing a fine finish. Kim-Flex Discs last up to 25 times longer than aluminum oxide resin fiber discs.
