I-CAR honors Zara's Collision Center with the Russ Verona Memorial Award
SPRINGFIELD, Ill — Zara’s Collision Center has been recognized for achievement in the collision repair industry with The Russ Verona Memorial Award. Brad Zara, owner of Zara’s Collision Center, accepted the award on behalf of the business at the I-CAR International Annual Meeting in Scottsdale, Ariz. Eligibility for the award is based on achieving the I-CAR Gold Class Professionals designation for a minimum of five years (Zara’s has achieved the designation for 11 consecutive years), actively promoting and conducting the Gold Class training, and personifying the professionalism and high degree of quality inherent in the I-CAR Gold Class standard. The award is in honor of Russ Verona, owner and operator of the first-ever I-CAR Gold Class Professionals designated business, who became a role model and standard bearer for the entire collision repair industry. Judges for the award are comprised of I-CAR staff, executive committee, board of directors, and representatives of the collision repair industry. Zara’s Collision Center, now in its 22nd year of business, is recognized for the long-term service of its staff and I-CAR-trained and ASE-certified technicians.
