Sponsoring growth and leadership in collision repair

Oct. 5, 2021
Growing today’s (and tomorrow’s) leaders and professionals through education, connection, networking, and mentoring benefits the entire industry

WIN is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to encouraging, developing, and cultivating opportunities to attract women specific to the collision repair industry while recognizing excellence, promoting leadership, and fostering a network among the women who are shaping our industry.

Sponsorship supports our mission and vision

Our sponsors are industry leaders from every collision repair business segment who value the mission of achieving industry sustainability through accessing the talent, skill, mindset, energy and drive of women in the talent pool. WIN sponsors trust our organization to take a leadership role in identifying how to best attract, retain, develop and advance women in collision industry careers, especially in repair centers. We host many events and learning opportunities for our members throughout the year, with a focus on three initiatives; Scholarships, Resourcing the Industry, and Celebrating Excellence through the Most Influential Women program—all made possible by your financial support.

Awarding scholarships

WIN attracts women to collision repair through scholarship awards for those who demonstrate a desire to excel on the front line. Scholarship recipients receive a $1,000 scholarship, a WIN membership and all-expense paid attendance at a major WIN event.

Resourcing the industry

Each month, WIN invites hundreds of collision repair, insurance, technology and other industry professionals to learn and network at events that may include webinars, meetings, local meetups and the annual Educational Conference. These programs help our members make connections to promote advancement of technical and professional skills to help to develop and retain women in our industry.

Celebrating excellence

The Most Influential Women (MIW) program recognizes women from every industry segment who have enriched the collision repair industry through leadership, vision and a commitment to excellence. MIW is one program that focuses on our mission to recognize and promote the advancement of women.

Sponsors benefit as well

With continued recognition of the importance of sponsoring organizations, Sponsor Benefits expanded again in 2021. The WIN Board of Directors approved to increase the number of complimentary passes to popular virtual and local WIN events because membership makes the biggest impact in the mission to attract, retain and advance women in collision repair. Our 2021 and 2022 benefits include more membership opportunities to connect women in your network to WIN – and you can share your benefits with employees, vendors, suppliers, and customers.

Paying it Forward

This sponsor-funded program is another great way to join the WIN support community. In lieu of benefits, your organization can directly fund five or ten memberships to women who apply to the program.

We know there are many organizations worthy of your support and that making a decision to participate as a financial partner is an important one. WIN Sponsors ensure that WIN continues to be a recognized leader in understanding, communicating, and reducing barriers to attracting, developing and retaining women in the collision industry.
