Collateral management services provider VINtek has seen a 39-percent revenue growth in the first half of 2008, in comparison to the same period last year. Providing services for banks, credit unions and other automotive finance lenders, VINtek is seeing growth in revenue and customer base, despite a nationwide double-digit decline in new and used vehicle sales this year. VINtek’s direct-to-consumer (D2C) platform has helped increase transactions, and therefore revenue, by providing lenders with Web-based document presentation to consumers and lien protection for vehicles financed through private party purchases, existing auto loan refinances, lease buy-out financing and dealership sales.
