UCI Holdco Inc. is allotting for some more time to take care of financial notes due to expire. The company has extended the expiration date of its offer to exchange up to $265.2 million in aggregate principal amount of its registered Floating Rate Senior PIK Notes due 2013 for its outstanding unregistered Floating Rate Senior PIK Notes due 2013.

The exchange offer was originally scheduled to expire at 5 p.m. Dec. 13, but now will expire at 5 p.m. Dec. 20. As of the end of business Dec. 13, more than $257 million in aggregate principal amount of UCI Holdco Inc.'s outstanding unregistered Floating Rate Senior PIK Notes due 2013 had been tendered to the exchange agent.

The exchange agent for the exchange offer is Wells Fargo Bank, N. A.
