The next episode of
Collision Hub’s live educational video series, Repair University, will feature
Daren Fristoe president of The Fristoe Group (TFG), a provider of human resource products and services for small to mid-sized businesses. The episode, “Interviewing and Hiring in Today’s Body Shop” will air at 1 p.m. Central time Sept. 22 on

Fristoe will be making the first presentation of a three part series on topical human resource issues with this installment focusing on initial aspects of building a powerful team. This program will give attendees tips on how to identify, interview and hire the candidate you want in an efficient and compliant manner. The second installment will be dedicated to "The Performance Management Challenge" and the final presentation on "Effective Termination Processes."
