Jan. 22, 2013—The seminar schedule for the 36th annual NORTHEAST trade show was announced today by the Alliance of Automotive Service Providers of New Jersey (AASP/NJ).
This year’s seminar will include sessions on parts procurement, social networking and nitrogen technology. The event is scheduled for March 8–10 at the Meadowlands Exposition Center of Secaucus, N.J.
The weekend will kick off on Friday with the Society of Collision Repair Specialists (SCRS) and AASP/NJ-hosted East Coast Resolution Forum and Leadership Conference, which will be followed by a panel discussion on insurer-mandated parts procurement.
“This may be the single most devastating threat to our industry in decades,” says AASP/NJ President Jeff McDowell. “NORTHEAST 2013 is going to be the only place in the country where you’re going to get a chance to see so many professionals from different parts of the country who are experiencing these new programs.”
Other highlights from the weekend include two presentations from industry-leading speaker Larry Montanez, a waterborne paint seminar from Future Care, and a social media marketing course from Frank Terlep of Summit Software Solutions. I-CAR will also present its latest class, “Vehicle Technology & Trends 2013 (NEW13).”
