Web-Est Releases PDR Estimating Platform

Feb. 15, 2013

Feb. 15, 2013—Collision estimating software provider Web-Est has rolled out distribution of a new estimating platform for paintless dent repair professionals developed by Community Data Group.

The technology, called PDR-Software, is the first program to include OEM part pricing and R&I labor times for exterior vehicle panels, trim and liners. In addition, the software aggregates dent rates from its subscriber base to anonymously display average “community rates” for a similar PDR service.

"Web-Est is excited to bring this product to market," said Eric Seidel, president and CEO of Web-Est. "For the last couple of years many of our Web-Est subscribers who are paintless dent technicians asked if we had something they could use at a lower price; now Web-Est can offer them this product at about half of our full-blown software."
