May 7, 2012—Housing reservations are now open for attendees and exhibitors participating in Automotive Service and Repair Week (ASRW) 2012, event organizers announced Monday.
ASRW show management said it has contracted with several New Orleans properties within close proximity to the event to provide discounted hotel rooms. A full map of all available hotel options can be found at tphousing.com/asrw.
ASRW organizers said housing reservations should be made through ASRW Housing, which is powered by its official housing provider Travel Planners. Show attendees and exhibitors are able to reserve rooms online at ASRWevents.com.
A complimentary shuttle service will be provided to and from the event for people staying at properties that are not within walking distance, ASRW event organizers said.
“As a city, New Orleans is a huge draw, and we are highly encouraging all participants to book their rooms early to ensure availability. Because we’re able to offer no-obligation hotel reservations, rooms are already starting to fill up quickly,” said Lindsay Roberts, ASRW show director.
