The Liner Cup System (LCS), from SATA, is designed to facilitate the work of professionals in the painting trade. It is offered alongside the SATA RPS multi-purpose cup system.
The LCS provides several advantages over the RPS multi-purpose cup. When used with SATA spray guns, no adapter is required, as LCS fits all SATA spray guns with a QCC connection. This eliminates the need for an adapter, resulting in a more favorable center of gravity, easier cleaning, lower weight, and no risk of damage to the spray gun from foreign parts.
According to the manufacturer, the LCS strainer is particle-free. The strainers are manufactured and quality-tested separately and are only clicked into the lid before painting, ensuring no paint-damaging particles impair the result.
The lids of the SATA LCS feature a quadruple bayonet safety system that indicates whether all tabs are correctly locked, ensuring reliable closure. The cap has a wider base to stand the cup upside-down when not in use, keeping the strainer in place.
The materials used for the hard cup, liner, and lid are of high quality. The hard cup is sturdy and transparent for easier mixing, while the liners are made of thin material that collapses easily, enabling an easy flow of material. The system includes a comprehensive and detailed scale system.
