I-CAR’s updated and completed Governance structure will be announced following the I-CAR Membership meeting, set for Nov. 7 in Las Vegas during SEMA 2019, in which current members will vote to approve the new Governance structure bylaws.
I-CAR®’s updated and completed Governance structure will be announced following the I-CAR Membership meeting, set for Nov. 7 in Las Vegas during SEMA 2019, in which current members will vote to approve the new Governance structure bylaws.

The I-CAR Board of Directors has listened closely to feedback from industry stakeholders over the past several months, and made corresponding adjustments to I-CAR’s Governance model details, which are expected to be well received by I-CAR Members. Details explaining the enhancements, including bylaw changes, have been forwarded to all active Members for review prior to the SEMA meeting. Innovations to I-CAR’s Governance model are designed to provide a stronger, more robust and modern framework for leading I-CAR into the future with continued relevancy and responsiveness.
