Team PRP's nationwide membership reached 131 stores with the addition of Lewisville Motor Co. in Winston-Salem, N.C.

Herbert Myers, the father of current owner Marty Myers, opened Lewisville in 1956. Marty Myers took over the business in the early 1980s, adding their first computer in 1988. Computerization of their used parts has been key in their growth and their high level of customer service, Myers said.
The 14-acre facility employs 23 workers and remains family-run. Myers' wife Donna Myers is their head bookkeeper, and son Justin Myers is in charge of logistics for the company. Dismantling approximately 800 cars per year, Lewisville specializes in 2002 to current year models, dealing with everything from Kia to Rolls Royce, as well as trucks and SUVs.
Myers said that Lewisville had recent inspections from the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and received excellent reports from both organizations.
Lewisville also is active with many charitable and community projects. Having a family member and other personal connections to children with Juvenile Diabetes, the Myers are passionate about supporting the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). The business devotes a portion of its television advertising to support this and other charities along with various needs in their community. Each December, Lewisville also runs a food drive, donating goods to a local Christian ministry.
