Aug. 10, 2022

In this video, O'Reilly Auto Parts goes over how to remove bird poop from car paint. Aside from being really unsightly, bird droppings contain acid, rocks, and seeds that may eat holes or etch into your vehicle’s clearcoat and cause permanent damage. The longer it sits on your vehicle, the greater the risk of erosion, especially if it’s exposed to high heat like during the summer months. It’s also important to clean your paint the right way after removing the bird droppings.
