Roger has spent over 40 years in the collision repair industry. He is currently the founder and Managing Director of Vector Squared, LLC, a consultant company providing services to the automotive and insurance industries. He was Vice President of Operations for Sterling Auto Body, a network of over 61 collision repair centers in 16 states, prior to that he was the VP Claims for AIG and Sr. VP of Insurance Relations for CARSTAR.
