We've launched our 2025 Industry Survey. Shop owners and operators can participate in the leading survey covering management strategies, KPIs, and ownership practices in the collision repair business.
“Every year, we ask industry leaders to share key insights about their business from a shop level so that we can provide the industry a clear picture of what’s happening from rooftop to rooftop,” said Chris Jones, group editorial director at FenderBender. “Once compiled, the complete survey reports will be freely available for download on FenderBender.com on July 1.”
We expect you'll take around 20 minutes to answer questions about your shop(s), some business metrics, staff, tools and equipment, and much more. There are spots for you to give personalized answers, but we won't share or publicize those without your permission.
