Oct. 11, 2012—Amid the recent uproar regarding its partnership with State Farm, PartsTrader LLC has released an efficiency study that “explores the role of its online parts ordering system,” according to a release from the company.

Although the company says the study is “by no means comprehensive,” it is intended to act as an “early benchmark” and help quell the recent requests for transparency in the program.

"Our commitment to transparency, continuous process improvement and advancing our relationships with repairers is at the heart of this study and our organization as a whole," PartsTrader CEO Rob Cooper said in the company’s statement. "We look forward to expanding on this baseline of information disclosure as we continue to track and improve our product in the collision repair marketplace."

The report tracked the efficiency of the program’s 1.4 and 1.5 versions, and the company said it will continue to track data.
