Aug. 5, 2016—Two suspects have been arrested for suspicion of the theft and illegal export of over 100 vehicles using laptops, according to a report by USA Today.
Investigators reported that the two suspects specifically targeted Jeep and Dodge vehicles in the Houston area by using laptops to tap into the vehicles and start them without a key, according to the report.
