Mass. Governor Appoints New ADALB Members, Insurance Commissioner

June 18, 2015—Mass. Governor Charlie Banker has appointed Daniel Judson as the state’s new insurance commissioner. The governor also appointed three new members of the Auto Damage Appraiser Licensing Board (ADALB).

The new ADALB appointees are:

  • Rick Starbard, Rick's Auto Collision in Revere
  • Bill Johnson, Pleasant Street Auto Body/Hampshire Towing in South Hadley
  • Lyle Pare, Plymouth Rock Assurance Corporation
