Nov. 28, 2012—State Farm Insurance recently launched a new series of online videos to provide auto body shops with repair tips.
The video series is called "Hi-Tech Toolbox Tips and Techniques,” and can be accessed through YouTube. The first video posted by State Farm is a 14-minute segment on best practices and techniques for collision repair estimate photography.
State Farm said the “Hi-Tech Toolbox Tips and Techniques” initiative is an addition to the company’s existing YouTube videos under the title, “Hi-Tech Toolbox.”
“State Farm continues to work with the collision industry by providing information about current topics surrounding automotive collision repair, refinishing and estimating issues,” said George Avery, auto claims consultant-P&C Claims for State Farm. “State Farm believes providing information in a format that can be viewed by all repairers and technical schools is in the best interest of our shared customers.”
