Oct. 26, 2010

October 26, 2010—I-CAR Collision Repair Education Foundation announced on Tuesday that their 10th annual golf fundraiser will be held in Salt Lake City in July.

The golf tournament will take place at the Stonebridge Golf Club in the afternoon of July 14, according to an I-CAR press release_notes. The tournament will raise funds to assist automotive collision students. Sponsorship opportunities for the event are available.

“In 2009 this event raised $20,000, in 2010 it raised $35,000, and in 2011 we plan on continuing this trend of raising additional funds for collision students and schools through the industry’s support, sponsorship and participation,” said Scott Kruger, executive director of the education foundation. “I would encourage those interested in participating as a sponsor and/or an attendee to contact us early as this event has become quite popular.”
