Safelite Acquires Ideal Auto Glass Assets

Safelite Group has acquired the assets of Florida-based Ideal Auto Glass.

Safelite Group has acquired the assets of Ideal Auto Glass, according to a press release.

Ideal Auto Glass is based in Florida, having locations in Odessa and Sanford that will help Safelite to branch out further. The agreement was finalized on July 14. 

Ideal Auto Glass plans to utilize Safelite’s operational systems, advanced safety system recalibration resources, distribution network, global purchasing power, and insurance and commercial relationships.
