Empire Auto Parts has opened its 7th and largest distribution facility in Orlando, Florida, according to a press release.
The new full-scale, 188,000-square-foot distribution center will provide Empire’s inventory to collision repair shops across Central Florida. As of now, Empire plans to distribute products to markets throughout all of Florida within the next six months.
The new facility marks Empire’s 7th distribution center. Of the company’s 35 facilities, located in 23 states that span from Maine to Florida and Delaware to Arkansas, the new Orlando facility is now the largest of them all.
“Our loyal collision shop customers with national and regional operations have been eagerly anticipating our arrival to the Florida market, and we’re looking forward to meeting the demands of this region,” said Gary Scholl, general manager for the new Orlando facility.
