Classic Collision, LLC, a leading national multi-site collision repair operator based in Atlanta, announced a new closing — the acquisition of Certified Collision Services in Matthews and Monroe, North Carolina. Classic Collision now operates a total of 155 repair centers in Alabama, Alaska, California, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, and Washington.

The goal of CCS is to provide the "Mercedes Benz showroom" experience to its customers with superior attention to detail and quality workmanship. The team has done just that and will continue under this new ownership. “We are excited for Classic Collision to carry on what our company started, which is to produce high quality repairs and customer service,” said Mark Tantillo, former owner of Certified Collision Services. FOCUS Investment Banking represented CCS in the transaction.

“We are enthusiastic about entering this new state with a company like Certified Collision Services. As we move into this new market, we also welcome the entire Certified Collision teams to the Classic Collision family, “states Toan Nguyen, CEO of Classic Collision.
