Montana’s largest collision repair network announced today the continued growth of their business operations creating a unified collision repair network in the Gallatin Valley.
Big Sky Collision Network, which is made up of three locations, Big Sky Collision Center of Billings, A&D Auto Body of Bozeman, and Crash Repair of Livingston are expanding again with the addition of EZ Auto Body of Manhattan, Mont. Consumers in the Bozeman market now have access to four conveniently located facilities that place a priority on safe manufacturer certified collision repairs. The additional capacity was added to help reduce wait times for our valued and growing customer base.
Montana is the fourth largest state, but third most sparsely populated, so expansion into new markets can spread an owner thin. According to Big Sky owner Matthew McDonnell, investing in his staff and focusing on customer service has helped keep the company’s growth manageable.
Big Sky Collision Network (BSCN), founded in 1978, provides Montanans with one of the most advanced collision repair centers in the US. With more manufacture certifications and advanced factory training than any other collision center in five states, BSCN now can offer that same great service conveniently to more of our Montana customer family. This recent acquisition adds the history by welcoming Gallatin Valley’s oldest collision center (founded in 1973) to the BSCN community.
President Matthew McDonnell, says, “We are so excited to add another incredibly skilled repair facility to our network. All four of our stores were originally founded between 1973 to 1980. Combined, that’s over 160 years of serving Montanans. Each store is a pillar of the community it serves and as we continue to grow, our focus is on ensuring that repairs in each local community prioritize the safety of the Montana families we care so much about. Families are important to all of us and our daily mission is that every vehicle will have their passenger safety systems restored to perform exactly as the vehicle manufacturer intends them to.”
BSCN continues to offer exciting opportunities for technicians to strengthen and expand their service through the most advanced training in the industry. BSCN sends technicians, painters, estimators and various employees to vehicle manufacturer training as well as regular leadership development programs. As vehicles evolve, repairers must focus on training and coaching in order to effectively repair the increasingly complex vehicles of today and tomorrow. Additionally, BSCN strongly believes that investing in the latest and greatest repair equipment is crucial. Prioritizing quality equipment and training for todays advanced metals, like magnesium and aluminum, has been a part of the network strategy for several years.
Rob Moore, CEO of BSCN, also comments that “Big Sky Collision Network’s acquisition of EZ provides a major growth opportunity for both our current team members as well as like-minded folks looking to grow in an exciting industry by joining our team.”
Most importantly, BSCN is proud to be a part of the growing local Montana economy offering more certified collision repair options to Montanans. Following manufacture guidelines in the only strategy to ensure that families are returned to a repaired vehicle that is just as safe after the repair as it was before the repair. Focusing on the safety of passengers must be the first and foremost concern for all collision repairers and BSCN refuses to compromise when your family’s safety is involved. This dedication to uncompromised integrity in quality and safety is why BSCN leads the industry. We actively participating in numerous consumer dedicated boards and programs that encourage the focus on repair strategies that ultimately put consumer protection and safety FIRST!
