While the 2017 FenderBender Tech+Tools Survey revealed a lot about the current state of the overall industry’s investment in tools and technologies, the survey also provides a glimpse into the future. FenderBender asked survey participants what tools they were likely to purchase within the next 18 months, to which independents and MSOs provided very different answers in both 2014 (FenderBender’s first Tech+Tools Survey) and 2017. Below are the top five tools both independents and MSOs intended on purchasing at the time of the respective surveys.
