Virginia MSO opens new shop location

Sept. 20, 2012—Craftsman Auto Body, a family-owned collision repair operation in Virginia, recently opened a new shop location in Warrenton, Va.

Craftsman Auto Body’s new 25,000-square-foot facility will serve the Virginia communities of Warrenton and Gainesville. The company, which has been in business since 1956, now operates nine shop locations throughout the state.

Craftsman Auto Body also recently expanded its facility in Sterling, Va., by 25,000 square feet, and opened a training facility called “Craftsman University” as part of the company’s growth plan. The training facility offers training on standard operating procedures, leadership, desk reviews and technical topics for technicians.

“This is the final piece of a puzzle that will give us a service offering for the Virginia market that is second to none, “said Paul Krauss, president of Craftsman Auto Body.
