May 23, 2013—Collision repair equipment provider LDC Equipment and paint distributor Industrial Finishes & Systems Inc. have completed a strategic alliance and distribution agreement that will provide each company with extended service capabilities throughout Oregon and Washington.
Under the agreement, LDC Equipment will provide technical training and support to Industrial Finishes’ personnel to help the company expand into a high quality collision repair equipment distributor.
“Our customers have been asking for us to expand into providing quality equipment. This agreement meets our desire to better serve our Oregon customers by adding a full line of Car-O-Liner equipment to our capabilities,” said Peter DeLuca, general manager of Industrial Finishes, a distributor of BASF, Axalta Coating Systems and PPG paint lines. “With the training and support from LDC, Industrial Finishes will be able to quickly become a leading provider of quality collision equipment.”
Industrial Finishes operates 19 locations throughout Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Utah, Indiana and Mississippi.
